do you have a physical store to check your items?

yes we have a brick and mortar store only in san juan, la union. visits are by appointment only. you can email at least a day before at shopburtshop@gmail.com or message us on instagram (@burtselectshop)

why does my purchase have flaws? 

burt select items are mostly hand - selected vintage home products and furniture. most furniture and any other pieces/home decor come with wear that is part of its story. expect traces of time and usage, such as scratches, minor dents and the like. function is never affected or we will especially highlight that fact and significantly reduce pricing to reflect. we assure to disclose if the item is new / used / altered / unaltered etc. and photograph any character flaws in detail.

we highly recommend for you customers to ask us questions, consult your partner, measure your space, do whatever you have to do prior to purchasing.

 

can I personally pick up my items?

yes you are welcome to personally pick up your purchases. See our Shipping & Collection policy for more info.
