shipping & drop-off:

  • all large furniture will only be shipped via victory liner drop & go cargo (see drop off coverage area below) and  partas cargo (see drop off coverage area below)

  • since we are located in la union, our provincial coverage drop-off point for large furniture may be limited as of the present moment. 
  • clients will choose which partas / victory liner drop & go terminal drop off point are near to your home upon check out. 
  • we don't ship furniture door to door within metro manila as of the moment but here are door to door options:
    • Victory Liner offers door to door shipping once it arrives at your chosen terminal (they will call or text you once it is ready for pick up then you can ask about their door to door shipping option)
    • You can book your own courier lalamove/transportify etc. once it arrives at the drop off point. 
  • shipping rates will vary depending on the size & weight of your purchase. shipping rates will be shown upon check out.
  • all small items will be shipped directly to your shipping address via Flash Express.
  • waybills & tracking numbers will be sent to the client once shipped.

owner collection policy:

  • clients are welcome to pick up their purchases in our shop. see our opening hours & contact us a day before you visit. 
  • since our small shop has limited space for storage, collections need to be within 7 days of purchase. please contact us if you wish us to keep the item for more than 7 days to avoid incurring additional storage fees. (Php 100 / day storage fee)
  • clients are suggested to personally collect their purchase at your chosen  terminal drop off.
  • clients must bring a valid ID and show your waybill # to collect your purchase. 
  • an authorization letter & photo of your valid ids will be required if someone else will pick up your purchases at any drop & go terminal. 

*we highly suggest to collect your items asap to avoid any losses & mishandling in their storage area. 

important note:

please note that should you incur any loss or damage as a result of using the third party for delivery, Burt Select Shop can not be held liable or accountable. we do our utmost to ensure that the goods are packed and delivered in the condition that we had advertised them, but bear in mind that certain things are not within our control. any loss or damage should be claimed directly from the courier.
