shipping & collection

shipping & drop-off:

  • we only ship items to central luzon, northern luzon and mega manila via victory liner drop and go. click here for the full list of areas covered.
  • we don't have a door to door service. you may book your own courier to pick it up to the nearest station and deliver it to your doorstep.
  • for outside victory liner drop and go coverage, choose nationwide delivery via capex as shipping method. then, we will ship your item to drop and go pasay. you can then coordinate with capex  to arrange the pickup and delivery to your doorstep.
  • shipping rates will vary depending on the size & weight of your purchase. shipping rates will be shown upon check out.
  • paid item/s will be deposited in victory liner san fernando la union within 2-5 days.
  • waybills & tracking numbers will be sent to the client once deposited.

 owner collection policy:

  • clients are suggested to personally collect their purchase at your chosen  terminal drop off.
  • clients must bring a valid ID and show your waybill # to collect your purchase. 
  • an authorization letter & photo of your valid ids will be required if someone else will pick up your purchases at any drop & go terminal. 
  • we highly suggest to thoroughly check the item at the terminal. kindly take videos and photos in case there is damage in the packaging.
  • in case there is damage, do not sign the claim stub and file a report.
  • clients are welcome to pick up their purchases in our shop. kindly email us or message us on instagram to schedule your pick-up.
  • collections need to be within 7 days of purchase. please contact us if you wish us to keep the item for more than 7 days.

*we highly suggest to collect your items asap to avoid any losses & mishandling in their storage area.

please note that should you incur any loss or damage as a result of using the third party for delivery, burt select shop can not be held liable or accountable. we do our utmost to ensure that the goods are packed and delivered in the condition that we had advertised them, but bear in mind that certain things are not within our control. any loss or damage should be claimed directly from the courier.
